Payment Policy

-> A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

-> The remaining 50% balance must be cleared one day prior to the check-in date.

-> Booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment.

On-Site Expenses

Additional

Any additional expenses incurred during your stay at the property (such as laundry, meals, room service, or other hotel-specific services) must be paid directly to the hotel.

Information

PanEra is not responsible for such expenses and will not be liable for reimbursement or disputes related to them.

Booking Guarantee

-> Once a booking is confirmed with PanEra, we ensure 100% reservation assurance.

-> There will be no check-in denials or refusals from our end under any circumstances.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation prior to the check-in date, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Refund

No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes made after the due date.

Surprise

While PanEra guarantees 100% confirmed bookings with no check-in denials or refusals from our end, in the rare and unlikely event that such a situation arises, PanEra takes full responsibility and promises to arrange alternate premium accommodation at a beautiful property along with exclusive surprises to enhance your experience.

General Terms

Verification

Guests are advised to retain their booking confirmation and payment receipts for any verification.

Disputes

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local authorities governing PanEra's place of operation.
